2. Fitting the Consolidated Screening List into Your Export Compliance System
Item SKU: CSL2015CD
Created in February 2010 as part of Export Control Reform, the Consolidated Screening List (CSL) was enhanced in November 2014 to provide a one-stop place for you to check government lists. The CSL consolidates 11 export screening lists from Commerce, State and Treasury into a single data feed. You can either integrate the source code into your existing screening software or access the data through a web-based search tool. To help you navigate this complex system, The Export Practitioner is sponsoring a timely 90-minute audio-conference briefing featuring three Commerce officials directly involved in developing the screening search tool. The live briefing on June 17, 2015, features Gerry Horner, director, Office of Technology Evaluation (OTE) at Bureau of Industry and Security, Yvette Springer, trade and industry analyst at OTE, and Stuart Ridgway, a senior consultant with the International Trade Administration.
