Debarment Notices for Export Control Violations

The State Department has barred 17 individuals from participating in arms exports under the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), following criminal convictions in federal courts for offenses ranging from illegal arms brokering to smuggling and false export filings.
