House Passes Arms Sales, Subsea Cable, Anti-China Measures

The U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday passed three bipartisan bills spearheaded by the House Foreign Affairs Committee’s (HFAC) Foreign Arms Sales Task Force, advancing reforms to modernize the U.S. foreign military sales process, strengthen the defense industrial base, and expedite arms transfers to trusted allies.
