Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced today that Fracht FWO Inc., the Texas subsidiary of Swiss forwarder Fracht Group, has agreed to pay $1,610,775 to settle its potential civil liability for apparent violations of four separate U.S. sanctions programs.
