Bush Taps D.C. Attorney to Head BXA

Whoever manages the Bureau of Export Administration (BXA) needs a few credentials, including experience in security policy, familiarity with business, and a nose for regulatory minutiae. In Kenneth Juster, a former State Department official and attorney at Arnold & Porter, the new administration appears to have found a good fit.
