CIT Rejects Government Bid to Restructure IEEPA Tariff Litigation

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of International Trade on January 14 issued a paperless order denying the government’s attempt to overhaul case-management procedures for lawsuits challenging tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).
