A Dallas-based importer and supplier of countertop and cabinetry products, and its president have agreed to pay $12.4 million to resolve allegations that they violated the False Claims Act (FCA) by evading antidumping and countervailing duties (ADD/CVD) on quartz surface products imported from China.
