Cox Recommendations Deter Senate's EAA Work

For months, the Senate Banking subcommittee on international trade and finance has been working on a bill to reauthorize the lapsed Export Administration Act (EAA). Then the Cox Committee Report lands in its in-box. Subcommittee Chairman Michael B. Enzi declared a brief bill-drafting moratorium to consider the Cox recommendations--which don't appear too inimical to industry's agenda.
