EAA Discussion Turns Scary

In the past, legislators working on the Export Administration Act (EAA) have taken aim at exporters in various ways, proposing sanctions on China, sanctions on Iran, and other exporter-unfriendly provisions. In this session's deliberations on the EAA, a new threat has arisen: Repeal the de minimis reexport exemption.
