EXPORTERS SAY REMAINING CONTROLS ON LIBYA PUT THEM AT DISADVANTAGE

Export community is pleased with lifting of trade sanctions on Libya but complains that BIS regulations opening trade with Tripoli continue to impose restrictions, including AT controls, that put them at a disadvantage in competition with suppliers from other countries that don't face these limits.
