IG Faults BXA, Agencies for Control List Problems

The Commerce Department Inspector General slighted BXA management for moving slowly on list changes and various instances of regulatory vagueness. BXA's partner agencies, like the Defense Department and the State Department, are also guilty of making export controls more burdensome on industry than they need be.
