"Not an unqualified success," Greer on USMCA

Ambassador Jamieson Greer told House Ways and Means and Senate Finance Committee members on December 16 and 17 that the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) “has been successful to a certain degree,” but is not an “unqualified success,” as the administration prepares for the agreement’s mandated six-year joint review on July 1, 2026.
