The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a landmark civil enforcement action in federal court to compel compliance with a presidential order requiring Chinese parent company Suirui Group Co., Ltd. to divest its ownership of Jupiter Systems, Inc., a Hayward, California-based manufacturer of video wall and collaborative visualization technologies used in defense and critical infrastructure systems.
The lawsuit, filed February 9, 2026, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, marks the first known judicial enforcement of a presidential divestment order under the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) regime .
